PADC PRIVACY POLICY

The Piedmont Anti-Racism & Diversity Committee (“PADC,” “we,” or “us”) cares about protecting your privacy. In this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), we explain the data we gather from visitors to our website, how it is used, and who we may share it with.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The following types of information are collected from Visitors when they use our website:

For example, you have the ability to sign up for our email list, to volunteer to work with us, or to submit a message through the contact form.

PADC and Its Contractors. Members of the PADC team, and some independent contractors retained to support our work, may have access to visitor information as it is reasonably needed for the operation of our website and or completion of our work.

We will share your information with them only as is needed for them to provide such assistance. These third parties do not have any right to use the information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

MAILING LIST

When you provide PADC with your email, we will automatically add you to our mailing list to receive periodical updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of each email. We use Wix as an email provider. You can review their privacy policy here.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

In the event that we decide to change this Policy, we will post those changes on our www.padc.info website so that visitors can remain aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. The effective date of the current version will be posted at the top of this Policy. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
