On March 8th, 2022 we had a fireside chat with Piedmont Unified School District (PUSD) leaders to hear about diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the District.  We heard from Dr. Marguerite Vanden Wyngaard (the District's new Director of DEI), Asst. Superintendent Dr. Cheryl Wozniak, and Superintendent Randy Booker, who answered questions like:  

    What is DEI?  
    How can we build an inclusive community in our schools?  
    Why is this work important?
